Humphrey's Biography4th on the party list
Humphrey is a County Councillor for Bideford South & Hartland. He is married with four children and became a Devon County Councillor in 2005. Prior to this Humphrey was a Member for South Somerset District Council 1983-1999 and later a Somerset County Councillor. He was also Chair of Environment Committee and Chairman of the Council 2000-2001. Humphrey Chairs the Wessex Region Flood Defence and the Corporate Forum for National Parks. He has served as Environment Policy Adviser and previously as a member of Exmoor National Park Committee. He wants to build on the dedication he has shown to his local area by making sure we have a European Union that is in touch with its citizens.
